Q:    Can I purchase Audit Assurance Plan if I have already received an audit notice form the IRS?
A: No. You must purchase Audit Assurance Plan before you receive a notice of audit for a timely filed
            income tax return.
 
Q:    How can I get a refund for my Audit Assurance Plan?
A: No refunds after 30-days.
 
Q: Is my Schedule-C included?
A: All schedules filed as part of your Federal 1040 tax return are included.
 
Q: I have a business; is it included?
A: If you have a business that files a partnership or corporation return, you must purchase a separate Business plan for that business.
 
Q: What is response time between reporting an audit notice to Tax Gallery, LLC & speaking with
     a tax professional?
A: When an audit is reported to us, we will have you send or fax in your notice & return. Once your
            documents are received, a tax professional will contact you within 2-5 business days.
 
Q: How long will you the Audit Assurance Plan defend my return?
A: The plan will defend your tax return for as long a it can be audited [usually 7-years].
 
Q: Can I purchase an Audit Assurance Plan for prior years?
A: Yes. Contact Tax Gallery, LLC by telephone or email; request a plan certificate agreement & pay the required fee. Representation for the current year & previous 5-years is continuously available for purchase, provided the year is not under audit. The pricing for each is equal to current year pricing.
 
Q: What happens if I do not file my tax return timely?
A: The Audit Assurance Plan does not include returns filed late. Tax Gallery, LLC may choose to
            defend late filed returns for an additional fee.
 
Q: What happens if I file an extension?
A: If your return is timely filed, including extensions, each tax return for which you purchase an assurance plan, will be protected for as long as they can be audited.
 
Q: Is my amended return eligible for audit assurance plan coverage?
A: Yes, if the original tax return was filed timely, including extensions.
 
Q: What if I have multiple state returns?
A: All state returns are included.
 
Q: I purchased Audit Assurance Plan several weeks ago but still haven’t received my certificate.
A: Your Audit Assurance Plan Certificate Agreement will be fully processed in 5-7 business days. Once processed, your certificate will be mailed, emailed to your address of record.
